- We grew PayLater to 10M monthly transacting users, from under 1M, in two years.
- Brought back DANA INSTAN, the cash loan, in one month: 20K+ MAU and Rp 1B+ net revenue a month right away.
- Onboarded 3 major lenders to DANA CICIL, from requirements and negotiation to integration. Monthly disbursement capacity went from Rp 16B to over Rp 40B.
- Created Early Repayment Rebate, now DANA CICIL's main selling point. Credit cost near zero for some segments, and +8% conversion every month.
- Lifted registration and payment conversion by nearly 50% with cross-selling, in-app awareness and targeting.

- Cut voucher cash-burn by up to 50% a month with one small voucher feature.
- Reworked cash deposits, vouchers, deductions and attendance: daily refunds went from 10+ to near zero.
- Market insights with marketing led to nearly 20% more GoV in Q3–Q4 2023 for Gravel Maintenance.
- Moved the team from Scrum to Kanban: 30% more engineering output. Raised Mixpanel tracking coverage from 15% to 40%.
